  • Something wrong here. Highland is what is called a "hamlet" in New York, a "village" in other states. It is located in the Town of Lloyd, for which there is no representation in Wikimapia. I believe that what is mapped here as "Highland" is actually the Town of Lloyd. Highland is, in fact the population center of the town, but it is not the whole town
