  Perhaps one of the best shopping centers in Africa Galo Center is a one stop magnificent european-styled supermall that offers shoppers a variety of stores from five star restuarants like Nandos, Bimbos etc to retail and departmental stores like Pick and Pay and Truworths. Galo center is the heart and life of the city of Francistown and is poised to remain so for some years to come because the mall was opened quite recently. Galo Center rivals other malls in the region like Fourways and East Gate Shopping Centers in Johannesburg, South Africa as a supermall of choice for most tourists from other countries of Africa especially Zambia and Zimbabwe come and do their shopping in Francistown rather travel to South Africa. Galo mall is a high class shopping center and with the economy of Fracistown booming as of recent it is easy to understand why the mall is always packed with an array of shoppers all trying to get the best deals there is to get around the mall. No visit to Botswana will be complete without having visited Galo Center so when u visit Botswana make sure you visit Galo Shopping Center.

  I agree. It's not really huge, but nice size, clean and very modern. Has Nando's, Bimbos, Pick and Pay, Woolworth's, Mimi's Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe Botswana, jewelry shops, bookstores, clothing, electronics, etc....very nice mall!
