Tashkent State Institute of Law (TSIL) is a public law school in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Tashkent State Institute of Law was created in 1991 after having been the department of law of the University of Tashkent.
In 1996 the TSIL created a Centre for Studies of Human and Humanitarian Rights, which is a non-governmental organisation. This Centre houses a library dedicated to human rights law and humanitarian law.
