Lal Lal Wind Farm is located near Ballarat in the state of Victoria, Australia, and is in two sections separated by 10 km. The northern ("Yendon") section lies about 16 km ESE of Ballarat (north of Lal Lal and just east of Yendon); it consists of 38 turbines. The southern ("Elaine") section lies about 24 km SSE of Ballarat (south of Lal Lal and just northwest of Elaine); it consists of 22 turbines. Commissioned in 2019, the wind farms contain a total of 60 Vestas V136/3450 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 228 MW. (Apparently the turbines are uprated to 3800 kW.)
