Former branch of the Westport Bank & Trust Company which was designed c. 1924 by Charles Cutler in the Classical Revival style. During the tenure of Hudson United Bank, two large (10’x12′) murals in 1965 were executed by Robert L. Lambdin depicting scenes from Westport’s history. They are titled "Shipping on the Saugatuck" and "Hotel Square".

The former bank is now adaptively reused as a location of the Patagonia clothing store. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (#06000593) for its architectural, commercial and artistic importance.
