Manilla is a city in Crawford County, Iowa, along the West Branch of the West Nishnabotna River. The population was 775 at the 2020 census.

The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Manilla from 1882 until 1980, with a line now operated by BNSF Railway.
