spinning mill, architectural ensemble/complex, textile mill, garment/sewing factory

Krenholm Manufacture was established in 1857 in Narva by Baron Ludwig Knoop.

When Estonia regained independence in 1991, efficient orientation to US and West-European markets made it possible to privatise the enterprise in 1994, whereby the Swedish company Borås Wäfveri AB, quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, became the main shareholder.

Krenholm Group is a vertically integrated textile company, d with the objective to achieve operation of all substructures in the conditions of free market economy and to raise efficiency to the modern European level.
