The Most Prestigious suburb in Mandurah, Old Halls Head was one of the first ever developed sites in Mandurah. It contains some of the most expensive built homes and real estate in all of mandurah.
The 'true' old halls head stretches from "doddies beach" in the north, to "Leighton Road" in the south. From "Mary Street" in the East, to "Janis Street" in the west, with the most prestigious street being "Hill Street", where every home has amazing ocean, estuary, marina and town view - due to the high vantage point.

    There is a huge triple storey MANSION located at the top of hill street. it is over 20 meters high from the street level and it is built over more than two 1200sqm blocks. The address is '16 Hill Street, Old Halls Head, 6210' It is not located in a gated community, and is therefore accessible to the public.
