this town incorporats, other suburbs which are villa messa, milanisi,mulini di calanna the total population doesn't exceed 1000 people. there is a castle located on the top most section of the town built by the spanish. unfortunatly it is almost but totally distroyed. there is a small museum inbetween villa mesa and calanna which hold artifacts found in the area that date preroman times
