  Shielas Bar is one of the most popular bars in PN during the American times up to the mid 90's. Mommy Luz - the owner has a reputation of being very strict with her bar girls. She also had the reputation of having the most young and most beautiful bar girls in the area during those times. The place is also named after her youngest daughter Shiela. Shiela's bar or whats left of it is not like it was before anymore. The size and sizzle has been reduced to more than 50%. Much of the los can be attributed to the declining prosperity of the locals as well as the weakening purchasing power of the Naval peso.
