A temple for Ma Vagabati was also formed by the financial support of Maharaja of Bardhaman near the spot where She was first found have a shower of milk by a milch - cow. All the surroundings of temple is under shady area of century old banyan trees. You can easily feel there what peace is. Formerly the place was without any human habitation and there was a silence in addition to the cool peaceful breeze. The river Damodar is very near and it seems that She wants you to say something. It is really a place to forget the painful hovering summer-dust and chilly cold. Every part of the atmosphere looks friendly. Perhaps there is a motherly touch in all aspects of nature there.
