A large triple-enclosure ringfort (rath) at Domhnagh Phadraig, attested in the annals from 784, which once served as the royal center associated with the monastic complex now represented by Saint Patrick's church to the south. The eastern and southern sides of the rath are now almost completely effaced, while the northern and western ones are overgrown with trees.
