The early medieval burgh of Dunachton. The burgh's mound is located south of Dunachton Lodge and Saint Drostan's Chapel, on the shores of Loch Inch. Dunachton has been suggested as the site of the Battle of Nechtansmere/Dun Nechtain in 685.
