Historic former cattle ranch listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

- Built: c. 1895
- Architectural style: Vernacular
- Areas of significance: Agriculture
- Area: about 5 acres
- Also known as: Culver Ranch
- Date added to NRHP: 10/1/1974
- Other designations: listed on the Colorado State Register of Historic Properties
- Notes: This former cattle ranch headquarters is built on land that was originally staked out as a mining claim. When the potential copper deposits proved unprofitable, the land was sold and homesteaded, with a simple ranch house and a number of agricultural outbuildings constructed. Today, only the ranch house and one original outbuilding remain, the rest having been demolished as part of the construction of Highway 126. Descendants of Edwin Eugene Culver, the original homesteader, remained in possession of the land through at least the 1970s.
