Deep rectangular house with surrounded hedged garden. In 1663 called 'Eekhovenhuis'.
The name 'King of Spain' turns up in 1697, and is sustained until early 19th century.
In 1697 and already in 1750 described as a hostelry with room, kitchen, cellar, stables, barn and a small adjacent house.
In 1822 'Fr. Feremans' build-up next to his house a mill , which has worked until about 1875.
