Based upon the description in the Wikipedia entry for Aguanga, California (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aguanga,_CA), this may be the location of the Tejungo/Aguanga Station of the Butterfield Overland Mail. Of course, depending upon the meaning of right in the Wikipedia article, it may be the small structure to the ESE, instead.
