Mooloolah State School

Australia / Queensland / Buderim / King Road

Location: The Mooloolah Valley lies in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. We are 20 minutes drive west of the seaside town of Caloundra, and an hour's drive north of Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. Mooloolah State School is located in the Mooloolah township.

Mooloolah township: The township is the hub of our district. We have one of just about everything: a railway station, a post office, a doctor's surgery, a video shop, a food stall, a fire station, a kindergarten, a town hall and so on.

Students: We have about 270 students, aged 4 to 13 years (Prep to Year 7), enrolled at our co-educational school. Some live in the township, but others come from other parts of the Valley. There is no high school in Mooloolah. Most of our graduating students go on to Beerwah State High School or Caloundra State High School.
