Remnants of Royal Palace (Kozienice)

Poland / Mazowieckie / Kozienice
 palace, interesting place

Once palace complex. Only one-storey right wing survived WWII and is an original structure. The largest building in the centre was erected after the war on spot where before stood a palace. The only thing which these two have in common (destroyed palace and present-day building) is size. Otherwise what we can see now is completely different and is pretty good example of communist era architecture (though much subtler and lighter in style than many others).
