Farmbuildings. Early C19 with minor later additions and alterations. Timber framed with painted brick infill on high regularly coursed and dressed sandstone block plinth; slate roof, part graded and hipped to north end of west range. Enclosing north, south and east sides of cobbled farmyard to Eardiston House (q.v.) with another range to north at right-angles to road. 2 levels.
