Dewas Kothi was built by His Highness Dewas just proir to the independence in 1947 and shifted in this kothi with his newly wed wife.He didnt lived there for long.The kothi is spread in over 100000 sq ft and was named after him.He sold this kothi to one of the legendery industrialist of his time Raibahdur Rai saheb Rairatan Seth Jagganath Agrawal.
Till date his ancestors are holding the kothi namely his sons.1.Late Shri Goverdhandas,
2.Late Shri Ramdas 3.Shri shyamdas who is still alive and a name for his social work.Shri Shyamdas is succeded by Shri Hemant Agrawal who is a great businessman and doing wonders with his sons Anshul,Deep,Raghvendra.
