Osceola, Wisconsin is a village in Polk County, Wisconsin, on the border of Minnesota and Wisconsin. It is located mostly within the Town of Osceola. The population was 2,421 at the 2000 census.

It has a bridge crossing the St. Croix River (the state border) and features the picturesque Cascade Falls, a 25 foot waterfall in downtown.
