office building, Grade I Listed (UK), 17th century construction
The estate was bought by Brunner and Mond, and they built their chemical works in the grounds. It used to be the staff club for senior ICI employees. The building was at first brought by a couple to lease to various companies, but due to various financial problems, the owner now left the country, and this once wonderful Grade I building is slowly deteriorating.
