Nice 16 floors residencial building. 4 apartments each floor, all of them are 3 bedrooms apartments, including suite. 2 elevators. Nice neighborhood. Positive: close to everything (grocery store; bakery; laundry; bus station; shoppings; university; schools; downtown) and reasonable rent and rates. Negative: rail line behind the building; just one parking spot each apartment; and not so easy parking on the street. I lived there for more than 10 years, so I highly recommend it.
