The Samcheok Rose Park is the largest rose garden in the world at 86,000sq m/21.25 acres on the bank of Osibcheon (river). The park has has 10 million roses in over 200 varities.

It also is a city park and leisure area with various facilities like a floor fountain, inline skate rink, barefoot park, cycling path, and parking lot located about a 10 minute walk from the Samcheok Bus Terminals
