A large redevelopment scheme in Sheffield city centre comprising offices, apartments, parks, squares, restaurants, bars, museums, car parking, hotels and the 101-metre-tall St Paul's Tower, the city's tallest building. Part of the Heart of the City project, construction of St Paul's Place commenced in 2000 with the Millennium Galleries, Winter Gardens and Novotel Hotel and were finally completed in 2017 with the completion and opening of the 3 St Paul's Place office building.
