In the Far Eastern taiga, the labor of North Korean workers was used. And locals are well aware of this.

At the time of reporting (10-11 years) - abandoned. For 2018 - recultivated - buildings were burnt or destroyed, the “North Korean footprints” were cleared as much as possible.
