Covered with forests and blessed with water, the land was a resort for many years before it was donated to State Park Deep Lake -- 39 acres. This small lake is located 4 1/2 miles south of Black Diamond. The lake is undeveloped and has a nice county park on it. There is rainbow, cutthroat, and spiny rays including bass. The lake has a public fishing pier (small), a little beach area, and a nice hiking trail around the lake. The boat launch is carry in only with limited parking.
