Located on the corner of South Court Street and East Delano Avenue, WSFA-TV has been broadcasting local news and programming from the NBC network since it's first day on the air Dec. 25, 1954. WSFA carries one of the largest signals in the state of Alabama, with a coverage area from near the geographic center of the state (Chilton Co.) to the Florida, Georgia and Mississippi state lines. Likewise, it has always been the dominate station in the market.
