This building was built in 1890, formerly used "HKMSC Training Complex" of the Barracks. The building was declared as a Grade I historic buildings in Hong Kong in 1989, in May 2016 it further became a 'Declared Monuments of Hong Kong'. Now it is converted to coffee corner of the Holiday Village.
