The monastery was built in 1989 by the nun Irene Papastefanakis and since 2000, it has been operating as a hermitage, built in levels. On the first level, on the right side of the entrance (to the south), there is a single-nave cemeterial chapel.
On the second level, there is a chamber for the guests, on the third level the Catholicon of the monastery and on the fourth one, the Archontariki (the guest house). Just above the Archontariki there are the cells of the two hospitable monks, who live there today. The Catholicon of the monastery consists of two naves with an inner narthex; the north nave is dedicated to Agioi Pantes (All Saints) and the south nave to the Nativity of Mary.
