Topos V , known as a common form Topos is a sculpture by Basque artist Eduardo Chillida , is installed in the Plaza del Rey Gothic Quarter of Barcelona . On the occasion of the exhibition Miró Foundation dedicated to Chillida in 1986 , the Barcelona City Council acquired the sculpture Topos V. indication of the sculptor was placed in the Plaça del Rei , which highlights among the medieval buildings of the Royal Palace , the chapel of St. Agatha and the Barcelona City History Museum , which is located next, creating a contrast between centuries that separate the buildings of the square of the time sculpture.

The sculpture is made of iron with geometric angle dihedral , both sides closed with a shot of the semicircles arches related to certain medieval air. Her measurements are 2.10 X 2.37 X 1.70 meters.
