Nędza [ˈnɛnd͡za] is a village in Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Nędza. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Racibórz and 52 km (32 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice.
