It was constructed in 1915 with the brick-wood structure and the Chinese Baroque architectural style. In 1911 Wang Ada who was the descendant of "Laodingfeng" in Shaoxing City Zhejiang Province came to Harbin City and established "Laodingfeng" Southern Food Shop. In the early years "Laodingfeng" adopted the business pattern of "having store in front and factory behind". It has operated here since 1915.
It is one of the buitdings under the third-class protection of Harbin City. The arc of corner comes into contact with the main facade, forming a continuous interfade. There are enbossment decorations and couple mutules under the cornice.
