On december 2012, SandpiperCI has opened a 7,000 sq.ft. Iceland supermarket on the former Big Deal Carpets site in St Peter’s Village. This is the seventh Iceland to open in the Channel Islands in just four years. The store is open seven days a week and has created 20 new roles maintaining Sandpiper’s status as the Channel Islands’ largest employer.
