Sugar Lane Bridge (Number 26)

Carries Sugar Lane over the Macclesfield Canal. Built c1830 on an acute angle to the canal so that the arch is a broad horseshoe elliptical arch with the stones in the vault laid diagonally. William Crosley engineer. Grade II Listed.
