Mitchell's Bridge (Number 17)

Named for the nearby Mitchell Fold. Built C.1830, William Crosley engineer. Hammer-dressed sandstone with flat wooden centre. Two stone piers away from canal, with edges are slotted to carry removable, wooden roadway, the existing one being a C20 replacement.
