  This Wikimapia image shows no evidence that this is a, "Destroyed village." It is irresponsible to label it as such. This is certainly a habitation compound that has been abandoned, possibly only temporarily. It may be re-inhabited subsequent to good rains or a rise in water well levels. Many on the inhabitants of this region are herdsmen and/or small-scale farmers. All efforts must be made to think scientifically and critically prior to labeling a site. One's politics are irrelevant in this endeavor.
