Sentrina Homes Lipa is a mixed use (residential + commercial) subdivision near Lipa City's town proper. It is accessible via tricycle or private vehicles through Latag's five meter wide barangay road. Its commercial area, aptly called "shophouse", is a two storey building. The ground floor is dedicated for commercial use, while the second floor is either utilized as a residential or commercial area. The rest of its development is dedicated to residential use. As of this writing, the adjacent land to its left is dedicated for future expansion. Sentrina Homes Lipa is developed back in 2015 and is considered as one of the fastest developments put up in Lipa City because of its price friendly and flexible payment options.
