Estate of Alison Wrigley Rusack, daughter of William Wrigley III who was President of Wrigley Company (chewing gum) 1961-1999. Alison is co-owner of Rusack Vineyards in Solvang, Calif.

The 34 acre estate - dubbed Florestal - was designed by George Washington Smith and originally built by Peter Cooper Bryce and his wife, Angelica, in 1927.

Alison and her husband, Geoff, are nearing completion of a thorough renovation. The main home was around 16,500 sqft. It's now 23,000 sqft.
