Uma Uma Ramen is a ramen shop originating from Fukuoka, Japan run by its now president, Masahiko Teshima. Originally named ‘Wu Maru’ in 1953 by Teshima’s father, Teshima decided to give the business a fresh start by renaming it when he took over in 1994. It will be serving authentic Hakata-style ramen made with thin noodles and aromatic tonkotsu stock, a family recipe. Signature bowls include: Uma Uma Ramen, Mazesoba Chasiu, and Tan Tan Mien. A Sakura Ebi Ramen will also be launched in Manila. All bowls will be priced below P400.

A unique part of this ramen shop is that it’s also going to house a speakeasy with a fantastic view of the bay called HORSE’S MOUTH, which will be serving cocktails crafted by Johan Foong. Watch out because he’s flying in on grand opening day.
The place is located in Conrad Manila
