Construction of the Noble Bellmont wind farm was put on hold in 2010. The site is located northeast of the hamlet of Brainardsville in the extreme northeast corner of the Town of Bellmont in Franklin County, New York. As of 2016 the site contains 14 bases for wind turbines, presumably with all the below-ground infrastructure, but no towers.
