Official residence and office of the Vice President of the Philippines since 2016.

It was originally intended to be the Official Residence of the Mayor of Quezon City. Historically, it was a special reception house for foreign dignitaries. It was also known before as the Boracay Mansion, an uncompleted mansion which the swimming pool has artificial white sand reminiscent to the White Sand beach of Boracay in Malay, Aklan. It was allegedly one of the properties of then President and incumbent Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada bought by one of his mistresses. The house was later deteriorated but rebuilt in 2013 as an executive house but later used as a reception house. Presently, this is the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines since 2016.
