Granada Hills High School was, in the late '60s and early '70s, the largest 3-year high school in the country, with a student body of over 5,000. Perhaps Granada's most illustrious alumnus is John Elway, Denver's Super Bowl-winning quarterback.Today it is one of the top high schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District, with over 4,000 students.
