Manoir de Bellauney

France / Basse-Normandie / Tamerville / D925 - route de Quettehou
mansion / manor house / villa, bed and breakfast

This old seigneurial house, at the heart of Cotentin, in the middle of hundred-year-old trees and of natural meadows, is near the places of interest of the peninsula and the landing beaches. This Norman manor house, in the same family for more than a century, was built between XVth and XVIth centuries on the ruins of a monastery destroyed by the troops of Édouard III landing not far from there to Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue in 1346. In this house of charm, every chamber tells a period of this house of charm: Medieval, Louis XV, Norman XIXth century.
