Notes: The Scottsdale School District purchased this house from N. Clyde Pierce in 1958 and used it as administrative offices until 1992. At that time, the house was bought by Pierce's grandson, Greg Pierce. Greg's knowledge and memory of the house from visits as a child aided in his faithful restoration of the house back to its original layout and appearance.
