Convergence of the Chesapeake, Ohio, and Great Lakes Watersheds

At this approximate point, the water will be directed to one of three watersheds. The Ohio watershed is to the southwest, which will eventually flow into the Mississippi River and into the Gulf of Mexico. The Chesapeake is to the southeast, and the water will run through the Susquehanna river, the Chesapeake Bay, and out to the Atlantic. And lastly the Great lakes, where the water will flow into lake Erie, through the Saint Lawrence River and into the North Atlantic.
