Esentai Park is in the heart of Almaty, Kazakhstan’s most cosmopolitan city. Scheduled for completion towards the end of 2007, this project on Al-Farabi Avenue – Almaty’s prime location – will have a dramatic effect on the city.

The spectacular 37-storey Esentai Tower and other buildings on the development have been designed by New York’s internationally renowned Skidmore Owings and Merrill architects. The project – with its hotel, large ballroom for special events, three residential buildings, 15 floors of office space, shopping mall and fitness centre – will assist with the city’s transition to become the hub of Central Asia.
