  • Well,it,s the most exciting village which is a good blend of historical feelings,as well as the modern day to day development.it is located just four km,s from the city of gurdaspur and has every spice of life,including a very good spice coverage.On one hand, where the land of Gurdasnangal feels great honour to have the footprints of BABA BANDA SINGH BAHADUR ,at the same time the land feels proud to have given birth to IAS Officer,s ,DOCTOR,s ,ARMY Officers,Engineers and what else. In modern times the village has the sprawling big houses of CHAHAL landlords,the telephone exchange,a bank,civil dispensary,govt senior secondary school,two govt primary schools,co operative society and above all the SGPC,s Engineering College which will have it,s first batch in 2008. WE HUMBLY INVITE PEOPLE OF THE WHOLE WORLD TO VISIT GURDASNANGAL AND PAY THEIR TRIBUTES TO BABA BANDA SINGH BAHADAR

  • Yes,I have heard good things about this place from my parents who lived here during partition years and my elder brother Dr Dushyant was born here.My father was teacher in the local govt school before shifting to Dinanagar.
