Purpose of Facility: Receipt and shipment of conventional, containerized, and roll-on/roll-off general cargo and automobiles by barge in inter-island trade. Current Operator: Young Brothers, Ltd., an HEI Co. Tel: (808) 543-9400. Remarks: At time of survey (1998), outer end of wharf was in poor condition and suitable only for mooring barges. Transit shed between piers serves each. Steel-sheet-pile retaining walls with solid fill at concrete pile, concrete-decked wharf; fronted by rubber- fender system. Use of equipment described under company-owned Piers 24 and 25.
