Center for attraction of foreign investments and creation of favorable investment climate in Astana city.
We give support and assist to all existing and prospective investment companies in Astana city, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Our main functions are:

1. Searching for foreign and domestic investors: (i) arrangement of investment forums, exhibitions and other investment events with participation of domestic and international parties, taking participation in investment events in other countries; (ii) arrangement of negotiations and meetings with representatives of foreign companies, interested in investing to Astana, Kazakhstan government and business and overall support for investors; (iii) creation of dialogue platform between representatives of domestic and foreign businesses; (iv) searching for potential partners to establish joint ventures between Kazakhstan and foreign parties).
2. Service support: (i) consultations regarding all interested questions of investors for implementation of investment activities in the city (investment support, priority sectors for investing, legal issues, tax and migration legislations and etc.); (ii) realization of project works (assisting in design/revision of business plans, feasibility study and others); (iii) issue of informative guides about investment proposals of the city for investors).
3. Information and analytical support: (i) informative support of investors, interested in investing to the city; (ii) creation and development of a database of foreign investors and potential investment projects, sectoral reviews for foreign investors; (iii) creation and providing the necessary information for investors, interested in investing to the city, structuring of potential investment projects (investment proposals of the city, regarding the issues of implementing the investment activities in the city, overall in Kazakhstan, regarding city projects, which require investing); (iv) formation of the investment proposals of Astana city (including the creation of list of projects that require investments, definition of unreclaimed sectors of the city for investments); (v) arrangement of analysis of investment activity in the city and in the entire country (development of proposals for improving the investment climate, etc.);
4. Integration of state support tools: (i) assistance in obtaining public support and solving emerging administrative problems; (ii) development and implementation of urban investment programs; (iii) Coordination and system integration of national and regional investment support tools; (iv) assistance in the promotion of products to domestic and foreign markets;
5. Legal support: (i) full and unconditional protection of the rights and interests of investors; (ii) assistance in registration of legal entities, foreign citizens; (iii) assistance in going through administrative procedures; (iv) implementation of the full support of investment activities of the investor in the city.
